Searching By
You can search appointments by a specified date range and any of the options below.
- Guest: Search appointments by Guest name or contact information
- Res No: Search appointments by a specified Reservation number
- Online: Search appointments booked online by Guest name or Reservation number
After the search is complete, select the appointment and the system will take you directly to the specified appointment.
Appointment Count
The Appointment ribbon displays a number count of all the appointments booked for the day.
Regardless of what type of view you have open or how many Resources you see on your screen, the count will always calculate the total amount of appointments booked for your entire Business Center.
