POS - Back Orders

Here you can view a list of all Guests that have back orders that need to be fulfilled.

While the system allows you to process a sale as a back order, you must decide how to physically manage this when you receive the Product from shipment. Back orders will accumulate on the Product profile within the Configuration module, only fulfilling back orders will reduce/remove this count.

Step 1:

Select “Back Orders”

 

Step 2:

Select the Guest name you wish to fulfill a back order for

 

Step 3:

The screen will list all Products that are back ordered

 

Step 4:

Select “Complete Back Order”

 

Step 5:

Enter the quantity of backorders you would like to fulfill if greater than 1

 

Step 6:

Select “Accept” – you fulfilled a back order!

 

Product Profile

The Product profile within the Configuration module will automatically update as back orders are completed.
