      Guest Management - CRM


       

      Customer Relationship Management

      CRM allows you to generate Guest lists based on various parameters. You have the option to search by:

      • Demographics
      • Birthday
      • Wedding Date
      • First Visit Follow-Up
      • Last Visit Follow-Up
      • Purchase History
      • Customized Fields

      To Generate a CRM List

      Step 1:

      Select “Search” and choose the desired List Parameter

      Step 2:

      Parameter fields will be specific to the one selected – you can enter specific details to narrow your search or leave blank to generate a list of all Guests that follow the criteria 

      Step 3:

      Select "SUBMIT"

      Step 4:

      The system will display all Guests that match the defined parameters 

      Step 5:

      Navigate back to the CRM group and select "Export to Excel" to download a detailed Excel sheet of the data
