How do I Identify a device?

Unsure of what printers or devices may be installed on a terminal?

 

Printers: On the terminal, minimize POS and go to the windows Control Panel. Select 'Devices and Printers' to see a list of installed printers. You can typically figure out the model of a printer by right clicking, printer properties, then tab over to advanced and check the printer driver.
