POS - Transfer Charge

You can transfer any Activity, Product, or Gift Certificate Sale from one Guest account to another prior to payment.

The invoice will be associated with the Guest who paid, but the Purchase History will be stored under the Guest who received the service.

To Transfer a Charge

Step 1:

Select/Unselect the individual items you wish to transfer – you can transfer multiple items at the same time

 

Step 2:

Select “Transfer Charge”

 

Step 3:

Select the Search box to search an existing Guest

 

Step 4:

Search the Guest by Last Name, First Name, Telephone or Postal Code & select OK

 

Step 5:

The Transfer screen will list all Activities that will be transferred and the Guest you will transfer

 

Step 6:

Review Transfer details and select “OK” – the charge(s) have been transferred!

 

Step 7:

Search up the Guest you transferred to – you transferred a charge!

 

Transfer Restrictions

You can only Transfer a Charge one time – meaning that, if you transfer from Alicia Flores to SkyWire Company, you cannot continue to transfer that charge to Dennis Montellano.

If you wish to transfer a charge to a different Guest, you must transfer it BACK to the original Guest (Alicia Flores) and then to the desired Guest (Dennis Montellano).

NOTE: You can only transfer individual line items to another Guest account, you cannot transfer a portion of a sale.
