How long does a User get locked out of the system when they enter their password incorrectly?
A user can attempt to login unsuccessfully 3 times, after that they will be locked out indefinitely. A corporate administrator must be contacted to unblock from login.
To unblock navigate to the Configuration Module > Corporate Level of Configuration > User Management> locate User > select "Edit" > select "Unblock from Login" > done!
